Yes you can! In case your phone has no WLAN support you can still use HandyWi to connect to 3G and upload landmarks to our server. However, WiFi hotspot connect and discovery features will not be available. Here are some examples of phones without WLAN support: Samsung i450, Nokia N73, Nokia 6730 and othes.
